Private collections are only visible to you and remain completely confidential. Public collections can be discovered and followed by other RibbonLinks users. You can make any collection public to share your curated links with the community, and you maintain full control over who can contribute to your collections.

When you make a collection public, other users can see the links, titles, descriptions, and tags you've added. Your username is displayed as the collection creator, but your email and other personal information remain private. You can edit the collection description and choose which tags to make public.

Yes, you can switch between private and public status at any time. When you make a public collection private, it immediately becomes invisible to other users and is removed from the community feed. However, any links that users saved from your collection to their own collections will remain in their accounts.

Once you upgrade to RibbonLinks Premium, You'll continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the free plan. Once you are on free plan, you will lose access to premium features and you may need to organize them to fit free plan specifications.
